Listen to the wind as it howls and blows
Some where someone sits and waits
For the delivery of ” Another love song ”
That’s not just about some lover who’s
Been scoured or beaten, then sat aside.
But rather of a lover longing to be held
Safely in tranquility, known for its warmth
Around and between the arms of another
Whose heart has been, rocked and forever
Locked up tightly and lightly wound around
Some wordless and formless kind of great love.
One of which cannot ever be done justice
By a few rhyme-less nouns or scattered lines
For I must dig deep, where my loving thoughts
Have slept and have silently wept, every day,
Of nearly every second that had loudly ticked
And sometimes, I thought time stood still too
Waiting out the darkness, lurking in every corner
Love baited me in, as I sat, stooped and stood-up
Forever trying to outrun and out-wit this thing
Known of and by so many others, before and after me
That is and was the trickling, heard eternally within
Also, oddly known as ” True loves Calling Card. ”
It has always been left unsaid, for so long because…
No-One is supposed to know, when True Love
Comes hearing, knocking there, to enter the other:
True Loves..other Ticking half, looking deeply inside
At the joining of two soul mates who are trickling with
Loves Ebb And Flow, for it has merged inside two Hearts
No longer in despair, over yet another long lost love.
Where nothing’s just so, nor very ” Fair In Love And War!
For if you listen to the wind, as it howls and blows
Some where, someone sits, and sings while waiting,
For the delivery of yet another over due ” love song ”
That’s not just about someone’s lost love nor past lover,
But about Lovers who’ll linger along, waiting for it’s time.

My world came crashing down
To see those tears fall from your eyes
Turned my smile into a frown
I wanted to hold you
Make everything alright
