Till We Meet Again – Sad Love Poems
Haunting memories ensnare my mind, softening my gaze while thinning my defenses.
Red and yellow spots of nothingness have burned your face into the back of my eyelids. Deep hues of chocolate reflect an imagine of a reaching hand.
I reach out and grasp, pulling up with all of my strength. To my ignorance I dismiss the stresses of everyday life that siphon my soul and my being.
I missed a lot of chances to prove myself of something extraordinary. Blinded by my pride and “logical” explanations.
My diamond exterior began to wore over the element of time. Lifeless and dull we break.. I broke this heart that I ment to hold dearest to me.
My rooted stance kept me from falling. The rage that harbors in my fists lusts for flesh and bone.
The guardian I wanted to be fell quite some time ago, this greedy king is what I had become. Soaring joys was my heart, thinking this was just another speed bump.
